Minister
Tighmir I. Sayles

Tighmir I. Sayles, or Ti for short, was born on February 7, 1992 to Junetta Aiken and Tyrone Sayles at Milford Memorial Hospital. Once he reached the age of six-months, his grandparents, Deacon Solomon Campbell and the late Deacon Betty J. Campbell assumed the role of raising him. He has one brother and two sisters.

Shortly before his 11th birthday, he was baptized under the leadership of the Late Rev. Dr. J. Mack Holt. He received his early education in the Cape Henlopen School District and graduated from Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown, Delaware in 2011.

He currently holds a Master of Business Administration and Master of Human Resources Management from Western Governors University; a Master of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M University - School of Law; but his theology education includes an Associate of Ministry Degree from the Christian World College of Theology. Tighmir is currently pursuing both a Doctor of Education degree from Liberty University as well as a Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia Union University’s Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology. Although highly educated secularly, the Word of God remains his favorite textbook.

As we know, he is a member of the Mount Enon Baptist Church and has been a part, regardless of circumstance or distance since accepting Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 10, notwithstanding being a part since birth. However, in early 2023, he accepted an assignment that led to his moving to Dallas, Texas, and while there, attended Grace Cathedral Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Superintendent Nathaniel L. Green and finally Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Christopher Wesley. Both ministries building upon the SURE foundation laid at Mount Enon.

Moving back to Delaware at the completion of that assignment, he now leads with a refreshed viewpoint and a fervor for the things of God to help propel the church forward in the Lord. He accepted his call to ministry in early 2013 and formally announced his intentions to enter into the work of the Gospel Ministry on August 10, 2014, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr. Patricia E. Green.

In December of 2023, Tighmir FINALLY married the love of his life, the former Allison Martina Daniels. Together they have traveled and explored the North American continent and all it has to offer, helping those they could along the way. Together, they are a force to be reckoned with, working together in unison and Christian love for the people of God. Together, they share one fur baby: Dewey.
